Initial Functional Mental Health Consult

Service Description

To begin your Functional Health or Functional Mental Health consultation this is the first step. We will discuss where you are and what is happening with you. There will be an intake process including an assessment. Testing will likely be suggested and then we will decide the route to take. Generally, after the testing results are back we will conduct a results of findings session and follow ups to ensure you are progressing.
