Pam specializes in helping people with mental health concerns, stress, burnout, chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, stress reduction, resilience and longevity. She helps individuals regain and optimize their mental health and health though a Mind Body Approach incorporating coaching, counseling, trauma resolution, nervous system rewiring, meditation, yoga, breathing, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle modification.
Pam also consults for clinics, businesses and corporations assessing and creating programs for employee and participant wellness and stress management. She has created, managed and consulted on the development of numerous addiction recovery programs for community support programs and private clients.
