Breathwork Sessions
What is Breathwork
Breathwork refers to various types of breathing exercises or techniques utilized to help with mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The many forms of breathwork involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Sessions and techniques can range from 15 minutes to 4 hours with the most common lasting about an hour and a half. Typically, our sessions last about an hour.
In general, the goal of any breathwork therapy is to support people in achieving a greater sense of self-awareness and capacity for self-healing.
