Working With Me
This isn't standard talk therapy.
Most of my clients have already done the rounds — doctors, specialists, maybe other therapists. They've been told their labs are normal. They've been handed diagnoses that don't quite fit. They've started to doubt their own experience.
That's exactly where I come in.
I work with people navigating mold illness, CIRS, MCAS, complex trauma, and the chronic conditions that fall through the cracks of conventional medicine. My approach works directly with your nervous system — not just the story surrounding it.
How I work:
I keep a small caseload intentionally. It means I actually know you — your history, your patterns, your progress. No starting over every session. No feeling like a file number.
Sessions are private pay. I'm not contracted with insurance companies — because those contracts come with limits on your time, your treatment, and your privacy. I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
A note on insurance:
Insurance-based care comes with real constraints — session limits, diagnostic codes that follow you, and clinical notes that become part of a permanent record. Treatment decisions get made by payers, not by you and your provider.
Staying outside that system means I can work with you based on what you actually need, for as long as it actually takes, with your privacy fully intact.
I'm licensed in Texas, South Carolina, Florida, New Mexico and Colorado. Sessions are held via secure telehealth.
Is this a fit?
If you're ready to stop being dismissed and start actually understanding what's happening in your body and nervous system — let's talk.
The clarity call is 15 minutes. No pressure. Just a real conversation to figure out if we're the right fit for each other.
